TITAN Group to expand its presence through a double acquisition
TITAN Group acquires Standard Ypodomon S.A., strengthening its footprint in regions with high growth construction potential. The wider Heraklion area is expected to experience increased development driven by the new Kasteli Airport and other infrastructure projects.
The Group has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Vracs de l’Estuaire, which operates a cement facility with a capacity of 80 tonnes per hour and roughly 600,000 tonnes per year. Closing is expected in early 2026.
The Targets
Standard Ypodomon S.A. operates in the wider Heraklion region, specializing in the production and supply of concrete and other construction materials.

Vracs de l’Estuaire is an industrial operator active in cement production and bulk-material handling in France’s Le Havre estuary area. The company runs a cement facility with mid-scale capacity, provides storage and logistics services for bulk goods, and functions as Cimat Group’s platform for supplying the French market. Its activities include production, processing, and port-adjacent distribution of cement and related materials.
The Buyer
TITAN Group is a long-established player in the construction material and infrastructure sector, with operations dating back to 1902. The Group employs more than 6,000 people and operates through vertically integrated production network. With a strong presence across US and Europe, including Greece, the Balkans and Eastern Europe, TITAN continues to expand its portfolio.

Kinsen Hellas Acquires Europcar Mobility Group’s Austria & Hungary Rental Business
Kinsen Hellas has completed the purchase of Megadrive Autovermietung GmbH, a subsidiary of Europcar Mobility Group, marking its entry into the Austrian and Hungarian car rental markets. Kinsen Hellas aims through this acquisition to establish itself as a significant player in the European mobility market.
The Target
Megadrive Autovermietung GmbH is an Austrian car rental company based in Vienna, operating seven branches and a fleet of roughly 900 vehicles under the Buchbinder brand.
The Buyer
Kinsen Hellas provides comprehensive mobility solutions, specifically financing, long-term leasing, and rental for a wide range of vehicles, machinery, and equipment of various brands throughout Greece.

RDC Informatics Acquires eSteps Internet Marketing
RDC Informatics S.A. (RDC) has confirmed the absorption of eSteps Internet Marketing Consultants S.A. (eSteps), a strategic step aimed at expanding and reinforcing its Digital Marketing division.
The Target
eSteps develops effective Internet marketing strategies that are based on competitor analysis and on improving their clients’ online presence.
